Deloitte helped Idaho replace outdated ERP systems with Infor’s cloud-based solution, unifying HR, payroll, and scheduling. The new platform offers single sign-on, centralized data, automation, self-service tools, and mobile access, boosting productivity, accuracy, and flexibility statewide.

Deloitte collaborated with the state of North Carolina to modernize its 30-year-old ERP using Oracle Cloud Financials. With this implementation, our team automated several legacy processes and delivered 100+ integrations and 200 custom reports for optimized cost, improved productivity, and greater control.

The implementation helped Health and Hospital Corporation (HHC) of Marion County/Eskenazi Health automate 6,000 personnel actions and eliminate 2,000 manual entries annually. It also helped improve financial transparency, streamlined procurement, and enhanced employee experience by 94%, with 85% of users benefiting from intuitive applications.

Multnomah County worked with Deloitte to implement Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll, to unify support functions and agencies into a single cloud-based ERP. Through this project, Deloitte delivered 64 integrations, real-time analytics, mobile access, and self-service tools, boosting the county’s efficiency and engagement.
