Neslihan Dogan

Neslihan is a Digital Finance Transformation leader in the Insurance industry, with 17 years’ experience solving some of the most complex problems the largest organisations. She’s worked with clients across the globe, using her unique passionate and empathetic approach, modernising their Finance functions through lean processes, insightful data, motivated and upskilled workforces, and the latest and greatest technologies.

Alongside delivering exceptional value for clients, she is a role model for diversity and talent development across Deloitte’s Finance practice and her client programmes. Neslihan differentiates herself by creating purpose-led, happy, and safe environments both in her projects and her practice.

As People and Purpose lead for Deloitte’s Finance Practice and sponsor of the firm’s ‘Women in Finance’ network, Neslihan has inspired more than 550 people and, in particular, hundreds of women, to thrive in their careers. As a demonstration of her commitment to improve gender parity in Insurance, she initiated Deloitte’s sponsorship for the talent development of more than 90 female professionals through the Insurance Breakfast Club.

She has successfully delivered some of the world’s largest digital finance transformations, while championing the power of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) to drive better outcomes for all. Her mission is to create a better version of herself, her family, teams, and clients – and she aspires to do this every day.
