While the war persists, reconstruction has started but rebuilding Ukraine is about more than just constructing physical infrastructure – it’s about building a new vision for the future. With likeminded organizations including international donors, governments, and the private sector, Deloitte supports the people of Ukraine to create a forward-looking civil society and an innovative economy.

Connecting stakeholders for investment

Deloitte helps to connect sources of private investment to help the reconstruction in the short-term while also advancing the modernization of Ukraine for the long-term, aiding the country in achieving future economic prosperity. This also includes working alongside donor organizations to help them achieve their objectives in restoring civil society in Ukraine.

The war has led to an unprecedented reduction in the country’s human capital due to casualties and displacement. Deloitte collaborates with the Government of Ukraine, NGOs and the private sector to help Ukraine address these demographic challenges by identifying and attracting talent to aid in rebuilding the country.

Deloitte Ukraine brings together over 500 professionals, offering a broad range of services across industries. As part of Deloitte Central Europe and the global Deloitte network, the firm leverages international expertise while staying rooted in the local context.

For several years, Deloitte Ukraine has also been supporting healthcare system reform in Ukraine, helping thousands of Ukrainians get professional medical support, and has been supporting state-owned enterprise reform to advance critical reforms of Ukraine’s state-owned enterprises.

Deloitte Ukraine is actively involved in the development of Ukrainian communities. By cooperating with local authorities and international donor organizations, together with our partners in Ukrainian cities and communities, implemented several successful projects on transformation in different regions of Ukraine.

Deloitte Ukraine supports private sector companies and works alongside clients to create effective corporate and business unit strategies and secure alignment across the enterprise.

The Ukraine Refugee Pulse addresses the urgent needs of Ukrainian refugees in Poland. This project offers a dynamic and responsive mapping of refugee needs by integrating the Social Progress Index’s insights on host community capacity with real-time feedback from refugees via a specialized survey tool developed by Play Verto.
