My area of expertise is designing and delivering IT product and service transformations in the financial and professional services industries. Specifically, re-shaping IT strategy and operations; leading the move to a digitised business; and delivering quality services throughout the IT delivery lifecycle. I have recently been leading the Quality IT Services offering for our Deloitte London office and have enjoyed re-joining our Christchurch team supporting IT project assurance activities, ERP selections, IT programme and project delivery. I’m passionate about delivering tangible benefits to my clients by providing solutions that impact the whole business, not just its IT systems.

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from the power of technology, and I'm committed to making that a reality. I'm a technology expert with over 20 years’ experience working with clients from all over the globe. From Aotearoa to Australia, the USA, the UK, and Europe, I've helped professional services firms and public and private sector organisations solve complex business problems using the latest cloud technology. I'm passionate about the power of cloud technology to solve problems in ways never possible before and my driving purpose is to empower organisations as they embrace new technology. Cloud transformation programmes can seem daunting at first, but nothing gives me greater pleasure than empowering my clients to succeed, both in the short and long term. One of my greatest passions is coaching and mentoring the next generation of women in their digital technology careers. I find great fulfilment and purpose in helping to empower these women as they progress and grow, and inspiring them to become the leaders of tomorrow.

I lead our Analytics & Cognitive offering in Auckland and am passionate about helping clients become ‘insight driven’ by harnessing the power of analytics, automation and artificial intelligence (AI). Many businesses are making a fundamental shift from experience-based judgment to data-driven decision making that enables business outcomes. This requires organisations to extend their focus beyond technology and data to encompass the essential elements of strategy, people, culture and process. At the same time, they need more certainty that their investments in these essential building blocks will actually deliver business value. I enjoy helping clients on the journey to maximise the value of analytics and information that deliver real business value.
