I have been working in the corporate world in various roles for 26 years with the last 22 spent specialising in SAP consulting. During this time, I have worked across a wide variety of industry sectors and have developed the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies and simplification. My area of expertise is in large and complex SAP programme delivery helping our clients design, build and deploy the latest SAP digital technologies to transform their businesses delivering significant business benefits. Functionally I specialise in Finance, HR & Payroll, Procurement, Sales and Analytics. I also have deep implementation experience across the SAP product suite including all the latest SAP S/4HANA Cloud products, an area in which Deloitte is currently leading the charge globally. I relish the chance to meet new and existing customers from NZ SME to large global corporates to help them start and deliver their SAP enabled business transformation journeys.

Over the last 20 years I have led a number of complex ERP and technology transformation programmes within New Zealand and abroad. I enjoy leveraging my broader technology and business experience to help guide and support clients to be successful with their transformation journey. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across countries, industries, organisations and technologies to deliver successful projects, from tactical strategies to multi-national ERP transformation programmes. I moved to Aotearoa in 2021, where I’ve been building new relationships, exploring this beautiful country, and sharing my international experience – while remaining closely connected to my Irish roots.

I’m passionate about supporting my clients to find solutions as they progress through change. I enjoy supporting them to improve their accounting and finance function, especially when they need to implement new standards or complex accounting solutions. With a 10-year audit background, I understand increasingly regulated environments very well, and the need for heightened levels of compliance. My role is to assist my clients implementing practical and sound solutions to make their financial and reporting process more performant.

I help clients navigate the security, risk and control challenges that come with complex SAP environments and major business change. My experience spans SAP security, cyber risk, identity and access management, controls, governance and assurance, giving me both a broad view of the risk landscape and the depth to work through the practical details that matter. I thrive on learning, exploring and continuously improving myself, as well as developing others. I am also intensely curious about how the world works, and the field of information security and risk management gives me a unique opportunity to explore this in depth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and have a passion for writing, recording and producing music. This serves as both a creative outlet and a way for me to unwind.

With my experience spanning over 20 years’, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients and across geographies. This experience encompasses all aspects of human capital management (HCM) technology from vendor analysis and solution design through to project delivery and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. I have a passion for supporting organisations with the transformation of their people processes and operations through the use of technology. While my focus has primarily been with SAP technology and the SuccessFactors HxM solution, it also spans other technologies including Oracle Cloud HCM and workforce management solutions.

I am an Enterprise Service Management specialist with over 15 years of experience across sectors and industries including Financial, Agri, Healthcare and Government. I specialise in ServiceNow and have delivered 50+ large scale projects in both Europe and New Zealand. I’m passionate about using technology to solve business problems. I focus on how people use technology and how it can be used to improve the ways people operate in their day to day work. My skills include: Enterprise Service Management Solution implementation, Process design, IT Maturity Assessments , Operating Models, and Data Reporting and analytics.

I support our clients navigate complex technology landscapes, driving significant digital transformations by leveraging my experience in enterprise technology strategy and transformation, SAP and human capital technology transformation. Since joining the Deloitte in 2013, I’ve delivered key initiatives across a number of workstreams in programme and project management, technology strategy and architecture, procurement, governance and HR and Payroll implementation projects across New Zealand and Asia-Pacific. This includes over 50 client engagements spanning multiple core industries and sectors such as healthcare, construction, local government, agriculture and telco. My dedication to personal growth extends beyond professional pursuits. I enjoy enriching my life through cherishing moments with my wife, daughter and family.
