Auckland, 1 March 2024 – Deloitte is proud to announce the recent appointment of four new partners across the New Zealand firm. These newest leaders have distinct skillsets in digital, creative and sustainability that not only reflect the issues that our clients are currently facing but will also help us support them to succeed.
Though the country faces some economic headwinds, Deloitte New Zealand Chief Executive, Mike Horne says that bringing through talent in areas of high market demand remains a key priority. “With the admission of these new partners, and other promotions across the firm, we’ve shown a continued investment in evolving our offering to lead the way in areas of increasing relevance to our clients, and a preparedness to back great senior talent coming through our practice.
”Deloitte New Zealand welcomes its newly appointed partners across Deloitte Creative, Digital Customer and our Sustainability & Climate practice.
“I have no doubt that our partnership's ability to provide clients with exceptional service will only be strengthened by the considerable experience our incoming partners bring to the team,” Horne continues.
Sustainability & Climate

Louise Aitken is Wellington-based and has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations formulate practical strategies to progress their sustainability and climate goals. She was previously CEO of the Ākina Foundation which helps drive innovation, action, and progress towards positive action, contributing to an economy where people and the planet thrive. Louise supports our clients to advance their ambitions around climate, nature and transitioning to net zero.
Digital Customer
