Deloitte is pleased to announce the appointment of 11 new partners representing the diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives of our people and the high calibre of expertise we call on to help our clients turn challenges into opportunities.
Deloitte New Zealand Chief Executive Mike Horne says, “Our new partners represent the depth of talent within our business and reflect both the current demand for our services as well as future projected growth.”
In Auckland, Rob Campbell and Tammy Peacock have been appointed partners in our Financial Advisory team. Rob holds deep technical delivery experience in turnaround and restructuring while Tammy is a transaction specialist largely focussed on the corporate market. Sam Mathews has also been appointed a Tax partner, adding specialist corporate tax knowledge to the team particularly in outbound international tax issues.
Lisa Tai has been appointed as a Risk Advisory partner, focusing on risk, integrity and financial crime. Lisa also leads Deloitte’s Pås Peau (Pasifika) team and is passionate about enabling Pacific communities to thrive.
In the Consulting team, Kris Hassall and Ahmad Salim have been admitted as partners. Kris has extensive international and local experience helping financial sector organisations optimise their performance, with Ahmad leading the recently formed Deloitte Digital Creative practice in New Zealand, working with clients to build purpose-led brands.
In Wellington, Jodee Webb has been appointed as a Tax partner. She is a corporate and international tax specialist, with a particular interest in tax governance. Elizabeth Mardell has also been admitted to the partnership, specialising in investment decision analysis, commercial evaluation and strategic financial modelling.
Stephanie Meyers, the leader of Wellington’s operations transformation practice, and Terry Teoh, a programme and project management expert, have also been made partners. They both add to the depth of skills in the team to help clients successfully deliver complex projects.
In Christchurch, Jess Wheeler, a specialist in corporate and employment tax, has been admitted as a Tax partner.
