Deloitte launches a series of high-level events to foster public-private dialogue on key strategic geopolitical and economic dossiers
In a global context marked by geopolitical fragmentation and the realignment of value chains, the quality of dialogue between the public and private sectors is becoming a decisive competitive factor.As part of a collaboration with International Strategic Network and Associated Medias Press Agency, Deloitte has launched the “Institutional Breakfast” event series, designed to stimulate privileged dialogue between institutions, international diplomacy and the business community on key strategic topics for the European Union and the Italian National System.
Italy and India: Partnering for a shared future
The inaugural Institutional Breakfast meeting, titled “Italy and India: Partnering for a shared future”, was held in Rome on January 21st, 2026. The event gathered H. E. Vani Rao, Indian Ambassador to Italy, and Amb. Mauro Battocchi, Director General for Growth and Export Promotion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, along with senior representatives from leading Italian companies and business associations. As a compass for discussion, Deloitte presented a report authored by its Public Policy & Stakeholder Relations Centre, outlining strategic opportunities for Italian businesses in India.
