Empowering future leaders
Deloitte, in continuity with previous years, confirms its role as the Official Knowledge Partner of NEXT 2025.
NEXT 2025 is an initiative launched by ISPI, the Italian Institute specialized in geopolitical and geoeconomic analysis at an international level, also supported by Bocconi University and the OECD. The initiative aims to establish a global network of young talents and future leaders, offering an exclusive platform to engage with political representatives, experts and business leaders on critical international topics, such as: Peace & Security, Human Rights & People Empowerment, Sustainable & Fair Growth, Digital Transition & AI, Energy/Green Transition/Food Security.

Participants will be engaged in virtual meetings, developing innovative ideas and policy proposals which will be further explored during final in-person event, scheduled for May 5-7, 2025. This event will feature plenary sessions, interactive workshops, and speeches by outstanding leaders from various backgrounds.
The majority of the workshops and sessions will take place at Bocconi University, while one of the workshops (6th of May) will be hosted in Deloitte's offices.
NEXT 2025 will bring together 200 participants, divided into four groups of 50 each (Young Talents; Business Leaders; Think Tanks; Civil Society and Civil Servants), and will welcome an audience of more than 1,000 young people from all over the world (representatives from 62 countries participated in the previous edition).
To highlight the relevance and prestige of the initiative, it is worth mentioning some high standing stakeholders who have taken part in previous editions:
