Valeria Brambilla

Valeria Brambilla is the Deloitte EMEA Audit & Assurance Managing Partner since June 2026.

Partner since 2007, she established Deloitte’s Parma office and, from 2015, she led the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector for the Deloitte network in Italy. In 2019, Valeria joined the Board of Directors of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., becoming Chair in 2021 and Chief Executive Officer in 2023. From June 2023 to June 2026, she also served as a member of the Deloitte Audit & Assurance North South Europe Executive Committee. In June 2026, she was appointed Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance business in EMEA, the new Deloitte network regional organization spanning Europe, the Middle East and parts of Africa. In this role, she also became member of the Global Audit & Assurance Executive Committee, representing EMEA.

She has extensive experience in audit and accounting advisory services and senior management, with a strong track record of leading complex organizations.
