With over twenty-five years of experience in Human Capital and Corporate Governance, Silvana has been People & Purpose Leader in Technology & Transformation at Deloitte Central Mediterranean since 2023, collaborating across the Deloitte network on learning, upskilling, engagement, and DE&I initiatives.
She was appointed DCM Chair in June 2024 and became an EMEA Board member in June 2026, following four years as a North & South Europe Board member.
Silvana supports clients in developing Human Capital and Workforce Planning Strategies aligned with key business transformation drivers. As a Senior Human Capital Partner, she has led workforce transformation, learning strategy, job architecture, salary benchmarking, equity-based incentive plans, and DE&I initiatives, primarily in Financial Services and Public Administration.
She also serves as an Independent Advisor to Remuneration Committees, designing strategies that align with risk profiles and drive long-term value creation. Following her contribution to launching the Deloitte Boardroom Program locally, she assumed responsibility for MDMO Corporate Governance.
