Silvia La Fratta is a consulting technology partner with more than 20 years of experience in the consulting finance transformation and SAP services area. She has a wide range of expertise including control models, finance strategy planning and budgeting, accounting and consolidation, management and statutory reporting, as well as transitions to IFRS principles and performance management on various technology platforms. As the sector leader of Industrial Products & Services and Construction, La Fratta coordinates the market offering of Industry 4.0 for Italy and oversees several transformation projects to do with Industry 4.0. She is also technology finance transformation leader and service line leader for SAP Internet of Things. La Fratta is a member of the Board of Partners of Deloitte Central Mediterranean (DCM) and of the Board of Partners of Deloitte Italy since January 2016. She is chairman of the governance committee and also a member of the risk committee for Deloitte Italy.
