He has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, notably the banking and insurance sectors, where he has delivered on multiple projects aimed at both improving efficiency and reducing costs. In the past, Sabatini held a senior position in the organization department of a leading Italian insurance company. He has worked on numerous complex assignments supporting change management, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance throughout his career. Since 2016, Sabatini has led the COO Network Program, a purpose built community that shares articles, newsletters and ad-hoc meetings of interest in the area of operations.
