Lorenzo is the Enterprise Risk Leader for Deloitte in Italy.
In the context of the consulting services he developed project management skills in various areas such as risk management, business and operational processes, regulatory compliance, internal audit, data analytics, management and control of regional, national and EU funds.
Lorenzo has long experience as project manager in technical assistance to public administration, responsible for the coordination of large national and multinational audits of public sector organizations (Ministers, Regions, Intergovernmental Organizations), also responsible for the coordination of subsidy audits of European Programmes and other grant schemes.
In the context of accounting, finance and control he developed significant experience in management cycles, the representation of the company’s dynamics and the organization of the accounting system.
