Francesca is a Partner in Strategy Risk & Transaction Advisory in the Deloitte Central Mediterranean NSE geo, where she leads the Regulatory&Financial Risk Market Offering. Since 1999, when she has joined Arthur Andersen, then Deloitte, Francesca has worked in the area of Risk Governance and Management gaining an in-depth knowledge and experience in IT Control Systems, Risk Management, Extended Enterprise Risk Management, IT Governance and IT Regulatory Compliance. Francesca contributed to the growth of the practice in Advisory Services building and growing Digital Risk and Compliance services for Tech and FSI clients on new and innovative technologies to drive Deloitte’s goals of having technology as a booster of services.
As TMT Leader, Francesca supports colleagues in market analysis, go to market strategy definition and realization and investment identification, leveraging on cross-businesses and cross-geos activities and on the definition of offering cross-business by design, aiming to render the best service to our clients .
In 2013 as a newly appointed partner, Francesca took the responsibility of a small team, which today is more than quintuplicate, working, as R&FR leader, on build great interpersonal relationships and cultivate trust and collaboration, both with the teams and the partners. Francesca do not believe in hierarchical leadership and try to base the interactions with teams and colleagues on empathy, understanding, including and encouraging different perspectives. Her goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable to express themselves and exhibit their true potential. Francesca believes, and supported as DE&I leader for Italy and for FSI at the Global Level, that to succeed we need to give voice to every single practitioner, as each one of them is unique and must be celebrated for that. Everyone has something to contribute, despite their gender, culture, religion, background and all we have to do is simply - listen.
