Elisa is the Digital Marketing & Analytics Leader at Deloitte Digital, where she leads the Digital Marketing & Analytics practice. With an international background and more than 20 years of experience, she has successfully delivered worldwide Marketing & Engagement projects across industries.

She specializes in guiding digital transformation and developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand digital channel sales, and strengthen customer relationships. In recent years, Elisa has focused on harnessing the potential of Artificial Intelligence in marketing—from hyper-personalization and predictive insights to campaign optimization and responsible AI adoption.

Elisa also leads Deloitte Digital’s alliance with Google on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), supporting organizations in unlocking the value of advanced marketing technologies. She is also a member of the Deloitte Global Marketing Council, where she contributes to identifying key trends in marketing and shaping strategies that create measurable impact for clients worldwide. She is also leading the next generation CMO program in Italy, a course focused on preparing the CMOs of tomorrow.

Alongside her consulting career, Elisa has shared her expertise as a Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, teaching in the Master’s program in Digital Innovation for four years.
