Elisa is a Director at Deloitte Digital, where she leads the Digital Marketing & Analytics practice. She has an international background and over 15 years of experience in Marketing & Engagement projects.
She has primarily worked on digital transformation and marketing projects aimed at increasing revenue, digital channel sales, and customer interaction by enhancing engagement and Customer Value Management (CVM).
She coordinates the alliance with Google on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). She has also been a lecturer at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for the Master's degree course in digital innovation for 4 years.
