Bianca de Teffé Erb is Partner at Deloitte and EMEA AI Risk Leader, with over a decade of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and strategic risk.
Founder and leader of the Data & AI Ethics since 2019, coordinating innovative national and international projects in areas such as AI Governance, AI Risk & Compliance Management, AI Literacy, AI Compliance & Certifications.
She has served as Strategic Advisor to NATO and ESA on Responsible AI and developed AI governance frameworks for international organisations including ESA, FAO, WFP, UNHCR, and UNICEF, advising C-level executives and institutional leadership on regulatory alignment and trustworthy AI adoption.
Bianca is Sociologist, with specialization in Criminology & Technology, and currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Milan. co-author of research presented to the EU Parliament on Ethics by Design for AI, and a regular speaker at the United Nations, ISPI, and major international AI and security forums.
In addition, Bianca is the author and presenter of the white paper “Towards an Ethics by Design Approach for AI,” which was presented at the European Parliament in March 2024.
She is a Forbes Italy Top 30 Under 30 alumna.
