Deloitte bolsters leadership team with appointment of two new partners

Appointments strengthen cybersecurity and financial services offerings

Deloitte today announced that it has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two new partners. Vaibhav Malik joins the Risk Advisory business as a partner in the cybersecurity team and Orlagh Tuite joins the Consulting business as a partner in the financial services team.

Commenting on the appointments, Harry Goddard, CEO, Deloitte Ireland said:

Vaibhav Malik

Vaibhav is Partner in our Risk Advisory practice specialising in Cybersecurity and Strategic Risk. He has over 14 years of global experience in cybersecurity consulting and technology advisory services. During his career, Vaibhav has advised a large number of public and private enterprises, defined and executed successful strategic security and digital transformations programmes, along with growing cyber businesses in Africa, India, EU, Middle East and South-East Asia.

With his wide range of cyber skills, cross-industry experience, and a strong track record of delivering success and stability, Vaibhav supports organisations navigate through the challenges, complexities and nuances of the global cyber environment in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Vaibhav holds an Electronics Engineering degree and is based in Dublin.

Orlagh Tuite

Orlagh is a Partner in our Consulting business having recently transferred from Deloitte UK. She brings deep experience of the financial services industry and her core expertise is in helping Investment and Universal Banks improve their operations by reducing their cost-to-income ratios, building out the next generation of their group functions, and leading tech-driven business transformation.

Orlagh has over 20 years' experience working in Banking Operations transformation in the UK and global markets and has delivered regulatory and operations transformation for seven of the top twelve Investment Banks, many Retail and Commercial Banks and one Industry Consortium.

Orlagh is passionate about diversity and inclusion both in Deloitte and across the market and was responsible for the “People and Purpose” agenda in Deloitte’s FS Consulting practice in the UK, before transferring to Deloitte Ireland.
