As part of his role, Harry is a member of the Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) Executive. He leads the firm's Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) programme, which focuses on the use of GenAI for safe and secure transformation, creating valuable impact for our clients, colleagues, the firm, and within wider society.
Harry has worked in professional services and consulting for more than 20 years, gaining a vast breadth of experience across multiple industries, with a particular focus on the public sector and financial services sectors. His client service experience is largely centred on leading significant technology-rich transformation programmes for national public sector and retail financial services clients. His background is in technology, specifically in systems integration.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Harry held the position of Head of Consulting for Deloitte Ireland from 2015. He has also held the positions of Head of Technology Consulting, Technology Integration, and Public Sector with the firm. In addition to leading more than 750 professionals in the Consulting practice in Ireland, Harry led Deloitte’s technology practice across the EMEA region, which spans more than 25 countries and includes more than 8,000 technology consultants. Through these teams, Deloitte delivers technology advisory, implementation, and application management services across the full spectrum of business sectors and market-leading technology platforms – including GenAI, cognitive, analytics, robotics, cloud, internet of things, and blockchain – helping clients transform their businesses in the digital era.
Outside of his role at Deloitte, Harry is co-chair of the Business in the Community Leaders Group on Social Inclusion, a member of the Balance for Better Business review group, and a founding member of Chapter Zero Ireland.
