Business leaders are increasingly shifting their focus from chasing growth to building adaptable, skills-driven organizations. And, talent agility is increasingly viewed as a critical component of business strategy.

Deloitte’s Talent Agility Leadership Survey 2025, delivered in association with Raconteur, uncovered insights from 800+ executives across the globe.

The data reveals a workforce turning point. Nearly all respondents (95%) say talent agility and access to cross-border skills are essential today—and they anticipate their importance will continue to grow over the next five years. However, few organizations have moved from awareness to execution, exposing an agility gap.
