She leads multidisciplinary projects to conduct comprehensive market analysis, assess talent availability, and evaluate operational costs to recommend strategic location decisions that align with organizational business objectives and drive operational efficiency. She also has experience of leading end-to-end global workforce programs, including the development of new policies, processes, technology, and the establishment of global centers of excellence. Teji also plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) thought leadership.
Teji brings her personal experience and expertise of having lived and worked in the UK, South Africa, Romania and leading projects in the Middle East to her role.
