Human Capital Trends 2026

Join our Human Capital Trends 2026 webinar where our Deloitte experts will gather to discuss how success moving forward will require leaders to make tough choices across multiple dimensions, asking themselves key questions across three areas: work, workforce, and organization and culture.

Join our Human Capital Trends 2026 webinar where our Deloitte Human Capital Trends experts will gather to discuss and provide insights on our newly published 2026 Global Human Capital Trends Report: From tensions to tipping points: Choosing the human advantage. We'll explore the choices leaders can make to build a stronger human edge in an AI-powered, constantly shifting world.

As leaders navigate rapid change - where AI, shifting worker and customer expectations, and workforce transformation are compressing the traditional cycle of planning and execution - success increasingly depends on sensing change, adapting continuously, and making intentional choices about work, workforce, and organization strategy.

In this webinar, we will discuss how organizations can:

  • Move beyond a technology-first mindset to a human-centric approach that improves outcomes and helps unlock AI’s value
  • Recognize emerging tipping points where inaction is no longer an option - and where decisions will shape how organizations create value and build trust
  • Redesign work, culture, and decision-making to harness the potential of human x machine collaboration

Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends report
Is published annually by Deloitte’s human capital practice, and explores the forces reshaping work, the workforce, and the workplace. Drawing on insights from a global survey of executives and workers, interviews with business and HR leaders, and other Deloitte research, the report highlights the talent and organizational trends poised to define the future of work.
