An educational program that brings together driven and curious female students from diverse interests and educational backgrounds.
The Female Academy is an educational program enrolling from September to November for a professional journey designed to enhance your future career. Over six dynamic sessions, you’ll gain valuable knowledge and tools through educational workshops, inspiring talks, debates, and challenging events, all led by dedicated experts. Experience real-life insights into Deloitte’s work and culture through personal stories shared by female role models across our business. Our goal is to foster a strong network and genuine relationships among participants, adding value now and in the future. By committing to Deloitte Female Academy, you’ll kick-start a vibrant community of driven, curious, and diverse female students ready to grow individually and together.
After participating in Female Academy, you automatically become a member of the Female Academy Alumni Network, which now includes over 200 women and continues to grow each year. The network meets once a year for an evening that brings together former participants over dinner, networking, and a keynote speaker - past speakers have included Mia Wagner, Gine Maltha and Louise Fredbo. It is a valuable opportunity to reconnect, exchange experiences, and stay connected to a growing network of women.
Deloitte Female Academy is open to ambitious female students in their final year of their bachelor's studies or currently pursuing their master's degree. We aim to bring together a diverse team of talented individuals with varied interests and skillsets - those eager to learn, grow, and connect.
Whether you see yourself as a Business Quant, Digital Business Strategist, IT Specialist, Software Wizard, Strategic Audit Expert, People Strategist, Analytics & Maths Master, Social Scientist, or Innovation Artist, the Deloitte Female Academy is your platform to shine and thrive.
Join us and embark on a transformative journey where your potential will be nurtured, your skills sharpened, and your professional network expanded.

“By taking part of Female Academy, I met a lot of very open, welcoming, fun, ambitious women. I thought it was very nice that it was such, broad mix of different profiles, both in terms of prior experiences, study lines, educational, but also ethnical background”.

“During Female Academy I discovered that the learning was about the whole person, and not only getting a big toolbox of how you can develop professionally. It was more about how you can pursue the right work life balance while developing professional tools. Female Academy is also about developing personally, to create a sustainable career for yourself.”
