I believe that a place where diversity can thrive will ultimately unlock great potential both for individuals and for teams. It is crucial that all individuals feel safe and valued.

Female academy has created a place for many great conversations and talks over the years, and I am proud to participate in continuing it this year.

My focus is to create a space that is both creative and safe—where different, smart, and thoughtful people can meet, share ideas and experiences, and build amazing connections.

I am looking forward to creating great networking opportunities together.

Pauline Cecilie Rosenbaum Bruun, Assistant in Audit & Assurance, currently enrolled in M.Sc. in Business Administration and Auditing (cand.merc.aud.) at Copenhagen Business School.

The most valuable lesson I have learned through my work is that curiosity underpins everything - not just how we solve problems, but how we understand people. A genuine interest in how things work, what drives the people behind them, and what comes next is what keeps work engaging and leads to more considered and meaningful solutions.

I work across industries, advising businesses on digital law - a field that is still being defined. The voices contributing to its definition will shape regulatory outcomes for years to come, which means diversity is especially important in this conversation. The more varied the perspectives helping to shape this landscape, the better the outcomes will be for businesses and for people.

That is also what brought me to Female Academy. It is a space to connect, ask honest questions, gain perspective on different career paths, and reflect on your values. Joining means becoming part of a community of women who are generous with sharing their experiences and invested in each other's growth.

One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that there is not just one way to succeed in the corporate world. There’s room for different personalities, different strengths, and different ambitions - and that diversity is something we should celebrate and make visible. I believe Female Academy helps do exactly that. 

It’s a unique opportunity to explore what a career in consulting could look like - beyond the headlines and job descriptions. You get to meet inspiring women who’ve taken very different paths, ask honest questions, and connect with like-minded participants who are also curious about the possibilities ahead. 

At the same time, it’s not just about understanding the world of consulting - it’s also about understanding yourself. Female Academy creates space for reflection: What kind of work energizes you? What matters to you in the workplace? Who do you want to be in a professional context? 

More than anything, I hope participants leave with the feeling that there’s space for them here - not by changing who they are, but by bringing their perspective into the room.

One of the things I value most about consulting is that you’re constantly learning – not only about businesses and technology, but also about people.

Every project brings together different perspectives, experiences, and ideas, and I’ve learned that those differences are what lead to better questions, stronger collaboration, and better solutions.

I’m passionate about technology and transformation, but what motivates me most is creating environments where people feel they belong and are empowered to contribute as their authentic selves.

To me, diversity, inclusion, and representation aren’t just values – they’re what enable teams to challenge assumptions, make better decisions, and build better solutions.

Female Academy is much more than an introduction to consulting. It’s an opportunity to challenge yourself, ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask, and experience what life at Deloitte is really like.

I've discovered that passion and growth go hand in hand. I take pride in delivering high-quality work and embracing the steep learning curve that comes with corporate finance. Every day brings something new to learn, and that constant challenge is what drives me.

In an industry where women are still underrepresented, I believe the connections we build with one another matter more than ever. That's why I'm excited to be part of the Female Academy, a space where we can support each other, share experiences, and help one another navigate our paths forward. When we lift each other up, we don't just grow individually, we strengthen the presence of women in this industry together.

Female Academy is more than a program, it's a community. It starts with insight into the consulting world but quickly becomes a sense of solidarity. Regardless of education or background, the community opens new paths. My experience as a participant in Female Academy revealed what true empowerment looks like, women lifting each other up and celebrating each other's successes. I found friendships that continue both within and outside Deloitte, creating a community that extends far beyond the program itself. After Female academy, I had the opportunity to work as an intern in the marketing department and was subsequently hired as a business analyst in Talent Experience. My work spans multiple areas, from strategy to project development, all contributing to making Deloitte a safe and inclusive workplace. 

I'm excited to carry Female Academy forward and hope we can inspire, uplift, and build a community that truly matters.
