Dexter Thang Villano Lam
When Dexter graduated, he moved to Copenhagen and joined Deloitte's SAP practice. He hoped to make a real impact on the projects he would be working on.
Looking back on his first nine months, Dexter is glad he decided to join Deloitte. He feels he has achieved his initial goal. But if you ask him, the best part has been the people he has met and learned from along the way.
Ellen Hanshoff
After graduating with a degree in business and data science, Ellen chose to become part of Deloitte’s Forensic department. From the start, she enjoyed a steep learning curve and meaningful projects that made her feel valued from the start.
What stands out the most to Ellen nine months after joining is the variety of projects and the constant learning opportunities. And she has also experienced the genuine sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with completing each project - proof that she can make a real impact from the very beginning.
Joachim Bisgaard
Joachim stepped into Deloitte's Finance Transformation team straight after graduating from Copenhagen Business School. While the onboarding programme was intense, it gave him the foundation he needed to hit the ground running.
After nine months at Deloitte, Joachim has experienced the full project delivery cycle and felt proud seeing his work transform a client's operations. He has realised this is more than just a job, it is the start of an exciting career.
Melanie Bay Pedersen
Melanie joined Deloitte as an audit trainee straight from high school and quickly realised she was capable of far more than she had ever imagined.
Nine months in, Melanie has experienced her first busy season and built genuine friendships with colleagues who both challenge and support her – people she truly enjoys spending time with. And she is thriving in a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
Simone Søgaard Andersen
Simone joined Deloitte's Tax and Legal team with a clear ambition: to become an expert in her field. She chose Deloitte because she believed it represented that level of excellence and offered the opportunities to reach her goals.
