The value of our courses
Smart training is about adding value, increasing efficiency and reducing risk by tailoring the training to the audience. Our QI, FATCA and CRS online courses are designed to provide a common understanding throughout the organisation of the general obligations that banks must adhere to with respect to these regimes. Upon completion of each course, the learner is prompted to take a test, the results of which can be collected by the organisation for training tracking purposes.
The objectives of the courses
In a nutshell, the objectives of these courses are to provide an overview of the following:
- The QI, FATCA and CRS regimes in general
- The requirements to classify and document individual and entity accounts
- The documentation validity rules, detection of documentation errors, and identification of changes in circumstance
- The withholding, reporting, and general compliance obligations of the organisation
