With over 20 years of experience driving digital transformations and analytics programs for leading global brands, Marc serves as the Managing Partner for AI & Data at Deloitte Consulting Switzerland. Recognized for his leadership with awards such as the European IBM Service Excellence and the Accenture Leadership Award in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany, Marc’s expertise lies in emerging areas like Data Mesh, Generative AI, and MLOps. His initiatives have been instrumental in supporting clients to achieve their growth goals. Notably, Marc played a pivotal role in founding the European non-profit AI ecosystem, KI Park, and established the Baltics AI studio as a core capability. His services span a wide range, from digital strategy formulation to AI enablement, offshore service establishment, and leading multicultural teams.

Jan Seffinga

Partner

Jan is a Partner and leads the Cloud activities for Deloitte Switzerland. In this capacity he drives Deloitte activities in the area of Advice, Transform, and Operate in the context of cloud. A key activity is to enable cloud for our clients in a holistic way focusing on risk, cyber, legal, compliance, human capital, organizational, and technology aspects. In addition to that he is helping clients to migrate successfully to the cloud in a well-controlled approach. Furthermore Jan is part of Financial Services Consulting in Switzerland. For over 20 years he has advised financial services institutions around the world. His focus is on projects for transformation and innovation in the banking sector for Swiss and global banks, with a strong focus on core banking transformation. Jan’s expertise encompasses the successful planning, management and execution of major transformation projects, the implementation of regulatory requirements and the definition and realisation of strategies for digitalisation.
