Matthias is the Human Capital Leader and a Partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice in Zurich. He has over 20 years of international management consulting experience. Matthias works with large global clients to achieve high business impact with a focus on transforming human capital strategies, programmes and services. He also has extensive experience of transforming HR functions. Since joining Deloitte in 2011, Matthias has been helping our clients to solve their most complex human capital challenges
Teena Madhvani

Teena is a Partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice in Switzerland. She has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles and is an expert in organisational transformation. Her strong track record includes delivering complex business transformation programmes, and she has extensive experience in organisational restructuring, M&A integration, talent management strategy, and culture strategy and transformation across multiple industries and territories (Europe, USA and Latin America). Teena has also performed in-house transformation lead roles in the pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries.
Veronica Melian, PhD.
Deloitte - Switzerland
Veronica is a Consulting Partner with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on talent and transformation issues. She also serves as Chief People Officer for Deloitte Switzerland, leading the company’s People & Purpose function as part of the Swiss Executive Team. She has extensive experience of leading large-scale global transformation programmes and enabling organisations to embrace change. She advises business leaders on how to transform the way their businesses operate and prepares them for the future of work. Veronica holds an MBA from the Ohio State University (USA) and a PhD in Psychology of Human Resources from the University of Valencia (Spain).
