Caring about your health

We want to empower our people to feel their best and to provide the right tools and resources to improve their health and well-being. Only when we can thrive can we create a meaningful impact for ourselves, our colleagues, our clients, and our society.

At Deloitte, being healthy does not only mean being physically well; your mental health is equally as important. That's why we offer several initiatives to support your well-being, including:

  • Our employee driven sports communities, including badminton, football, bouldering, company triathlon, cycling clubs and more.
  • Social and networking communities, including the Swiss Discovery Club, RISE and our RandomCoffee initiative where you can meet colleagues across businesses, grades and locations to build your network.
  • Mental health learning curriculums on our internal learning platform, on topics such as sleep, mindfulness, stress and resilience, and hormonal health. These sessions are designed to help you understand key influences and signs to be aware of in yourself and others. They also offer practical tools and support.
  • Employee Assistance Programme: External, independent care providers, whose consultants offer free counselling on many different topics.
