Tiina is a Senior Manager in the Human Capital HR Transformation team. She has a wide experience in consulting and in the corporate world, in particular in insurance industry. Combining her organisational background with broad experience in finance, strategy and HR functions, she advises clients holistically, in particular in transformation-related topics. She focuses on strategic workforce planning and workforce transformation to design and implement Workforce of the Future and on workforce transitions to implement new target operating models and perform reorganisations.
Tiina holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from The Helsinki School of Economics, Finland and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of Cologne, Germany.
