Deloitte Canada recognized among Dialogue’s Healthiest Workplaces

Toronto, Ontario March 25, 2026 Deloitte Canada has been ranked Top 20 in the Enterprise category on the Healthiest Workplaces list by Dialogue Health Technologies Inc., reflecting its commitment to employee well-being and efforts to strengthen a supportive and healthy workplace environment.

Employees are facing increasing well-being challenges, with mental health, financial stability, and work-life balance under growing strain. In 2025, 30% of Canadian employees reported a decline in their mental health, while over a quarter (26%) experienced worsening sleep issues, and 23% reported reduced physical activity. These trends highlight the growing need for employers to take a proactive role in supporting employee well-being, including through Employee Assistance Programs and wellness resources, which over 70% of HR professionals say have a positive impact on employee engagement, absenteeism, and retention.
