As Deloitte’s open banking practice leader, Yassir engages with clients on open banking readiness and activating insights from open banking data to deliver enhanced financial services to consumers. Prior to Deloitte, Yassir led open banking readiness initiatives at a multinational credit bureau, and worked with clients to solution new products & processes to benefit underserved populations leveraging financial transactional data.
Before consulting, Yassir was on the “client-side” working in the banking industry, including 10 years leading Retail Deposit solutions and pricing in the Canadian and International markets. Throughout his career, Yassir has been passionate about empowering consumers with financial products and services that enable them to realize their full economic potential.
