A Strategy, Technology & Transformation Partner for 14 years and working in Technology based transformation for almost 30. He sits at the intersections of strategy, technology innovation, implementation and operations. At Deloitte he has been the leader on a number of accounts, lead our CRM/Digital Customer practice, the national Salesforce practice, and held industry sector leadership roles. He has worked in Deloitte Global leadership teams, drawn heavily on offshore teams and worked extensively across the US to get a balanced international perspective.

He has direct personal experience across many industries with a focus on customer, citizen, patient and stakeholder engagement focused on outcomes measured in financial metrics and societal impacts. Tony has experience managing customer centric transformations that combine data across customer facing channels including contact centers, on premise networks, online and direct.
