Her expertise spans customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), and digital marketing, and she provides strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams and executive clients, guiding them toward human-centred solutions that integrate technology, analytics, and digital commerce. Marilyn also proudly serves on the board of TakingITGlobal, where she champions Canadian innovation and supports youth leadership globally. TakingITGlobal's mission is to empower young people to build a more inclusive, peaceful, and sustainable world, and its Connected North program leverages technology to deliver high-quality educational experiences to students in remote Indigenous communities across Canada.
