Tom has over 20 years of experience in finance. He began his career in audit, but as he progressed in his profession, he obtained valuable operations and business expertise. He helped organizations with both strategic transformation and operational execution in finance (e.g., finance organization, budgeting & forecasting, last mile of finance) through a hands-on approach. Besides serving clients, he has a focus on helping young finance professionals to grow and excel. Tom serves as the Global RA Controllership, Accounting & Reporting leader.
His focus is on translating strategy into business and financial targets. Nicolas demonstrated throughout the years strong leadership and management skills on complex transformation programs for clients in life science and health care as well as in other industries.
Yoann is Partner in the Finance & Performance offering. He has extensive and international experience in overall Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). For the last 14 years, he has been involved in a large number of projects ranging from Legal or Managerial consolidation implementation, Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting or Activity Based Costing. Yoann’s involvement is on the functional side (content and design) and on the technical side (implementation in SAP SAC, SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1). Prior to Deloitte, Yoann worked in the financial department of the international group Consolis bringing an additional practical and pragmatic background.
Passionate about government and public services, Sara specialised in strategic risk management, internal audit and operational excellence solutions for Flemish, Federal and NATO entities. Sara is committed to excellent client service combined with societal impact. From an expertise point of view, she leads the risk management expertise center in Belgium and teaches risk management at several universities.
