Ghent-based company OTIV wins Deloitte's 2025 Technology Fast 50 award, becoming the fastest-growing tech company in Belgium, following their Rising Star win in 2023. Only  Guardsquare managed to do the same in the past:  winning both  the Rising Star and  the Fast 50 award. Active in Europe and the United States, OTIV is leading the autonomous revolution in rail, reporting an extraordinary revenue increase of 4,365.52% over the past four years.

OTIV: The fastest growing tech company in Belgium

With a remarkable 4,365.52% revenue growth in the past four years, OTIV not only topped the Fast 50 list, but also received the award for the fastest-growing company in the Mobility category. Founded in 2020 by Niels Van Damme and Sam De Smet, OTIV is specialized in rail automation and focusing on fully self-driving trains. Offering driver assistance, remote operation and full self-driving solutions, the company is working together with the leading global railway operators.

Antwerp-based company Loop Earplugs (Fast 50 winner  in 2022 and 2024) won the award for “Most Sustainable Growth”, an award presented to the Fast 50 participant that has achieved the highest average growth percentage over the past four consecutive years.

Conveo.ai elected Rising Star 2025

The Rising Star 2025 was given to the most promising company that has been operating for less than four years. An independent jury, chaired by Boris Bogaert, founder and investor at Pitchdrive, evaluated the ten nominees based on the scalability of their business models, overall market potential, management quality and the disruptive nature of their innovation. 

The Rising Star winner, Conveo.ai, offers AI-driven conversational platforms that enable businesses to automate customer interactions and improve engagement.
