Jason Tracy and Kathryn Evans were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Companies on 7 May 2019 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.

Creditors resolved to appoint Jason Tracy and Kathryn Evans as Joint and Several Liquidators of the Companies at separate second meetings of creditors held on 12 June 2019.

On 7 May 2021 Kathryn Evans resigned as one of the Joint and Several Liquidators of the Companies and Jason Tracy remains the sole Liquidator.
