Our DeloitteFlex program includes 12 flexible working options, these include:

TimeFlex: working 9 to 5 every day is a thing of the past. Work with your Coach to agree your start and finish times

HoursFlex: life is full of change and stages - reduce your hours at any time  

MicroFlex: short breaks during the working day so you can attend your children’s school events, a personal appointment or your favourite gym class.   

PlaceFlex: work anywhere in Australia and select overseas destinations based on your team, client and you.  

FamilyFlex: for working parents in the school holidays

Deloitte Families

Parental leave

From day one at Deloitte, you have access to up to 18 weeks of Paid Parental Leave - no waiting periods, no tenure requirements. Whether you’re welcoming your child through birth, adoption, surrogacy, or permanent foster care, that time is yours to spend where it matters most.

You can take that time in a way that fits your family:

  • All in one go
  • Across multiple blocks
  • Or through a flexible part-time arrangement

This flexibility gives you choice in how you structure your time away - because no two families or journeys to parenthood are the same.

Caring for others
