Chi-Hsiang Huang is a Senior Consultant within the M&A Restructuring Team at the Deloitte Vienna office and supports national and international corporations in their M&A engagements (buy-side, sell-side), including restructuring and financing projects.
Apart from financial advisory, he is engaged in Chinese client services in his role as Core Team Member of the local Chinese Services Group (CSG). In this function, he facilitates the expansion strategy of Chinese firms in Austria and assists in their ongoing business activities on-site. To provide a seamless one-stop shop service to the client, he coordinates between the different in-house business lines and Deloitte offices.
