Key components include a data mover/monitor for instrument connectivity; a control tower for observability and lab management; a metadata repository; bidirectional integrations with ELN, LIMS, and LIS; and a data marketplace with Generative AI (GenAI)-enabled data discovery. By enabling the creation of reusable “data products,” this solution establishes a broad research data foundation that streamlines workflows and unlocks deeper scientific insights.

RWE Agent, our GenAI solution co-developed with AWS, is a sophisticated conversational assistant designed to enable a broad range of stakeholders to analyze real-world data, generate insights, and realize the vision of democratizing RWE.

The RWE Agent architecture consists of three main components:

1. Multi-agent orchestration: Deployed within clients’ AWS environments, RWE Agent leverages foundational model available through Amazon Bedrock to enable advanced reasoning and orchestrates agent-driven workflows using LangChain.
2. Data democratization: Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases provide robust support for multiple data sets in their native formats. The onboarding service interprets data set semantics, building the knowledge base by integrating Amazon Bedrock foundation models with AWS Lambda.
3. Agent user interface: RWE Agent includes a conversational application tailored for RWE scientists. This interface is built on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) and utilizes foundational AWS services such as Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS), and Amazon CloudWatch.

CGT Vantage is our cell orchestration solution designed to help enhance coordination within the complex CGT ecosystem, enabling effective management of end-to-end patient treatment journeys with the following features:

1. Standardized, configurable portal: A standard user interface serves as the foundation for CGT business process workflows while being configurable by the manufacturer at the therapy level.
2. COI and COC management: A standardized process provides generation of chain of identity (COI), barcoding, and labels, including full tracking of chain of custody (COC) with all stakeholders and report generation.
3. Flexible order milestones: Different variations in the patient journey require flexible workflows. Manufacturers can set up milestones as individual touchpoints.
4. Secure, scalable, cloud-based software: Hosted on AWS Cloud, our solution is fully managed and operated by Deloitte.
5. Standardized integrations: Data exchanges to and from manufacturers and partners are handled using standard application programming interface designs and batch integrations.
6. Modularized: Our flexible model enables manufacturers to subscribe to specific modules that best support their business processes.
