Mike is a principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has deep experience in leading global business strategy design and large-scale, digitally enabled business transformations for multinational clients in the Americas, Asia and Europe. He also served as a trusted advisor to several senior executives through Deloitte’s Executive Transition Lab™ program, helping them make successful transitions to more senior roles in their companies or into new organizations.

Mike brings a uniquely well-informed point of view on the future of the consumer industry. He has co-authored several pieces on consumer sentiment and behavior and marketplace shifts and regularly contributes to news stories about consumer industry trends.

Ryan is the research leader supporting the global Automotive sector for Deloitte's Consumer Industry Center. His primary focus is creating engaging, actionable insights to deepen the conversation around key trends and issues occurring across the global automotive sector landscape. 

Steve Rogers is the firm managing director of Deloitte’s Consumer Industry Center. He leads a team that conducts research to uncover new ways of thinking, working, and leading within the consumer industry through data- and evidence-driven analysis.

Lupine Skelly is a firm strategic market insights and thought leadership associate director at Deloitte Services LP’s Consumer Industry Center and serves as the retail, wholesale and distribution research leader. She brings more than 15 years of retail market research experience to her work of uncovering actionable insights into emerging trends across the retail industry. Her research focuses on consumer behavior and how it relates to key retail events (such as back-to-school and holiday seasons), helping business leaders understand evolving market signals.

Justin Cook is the US consumer firm strategic market insights and thought leadership associate director at Deloitte and leads research for the consumer sector within Deloitte’s Consumer Industry Center, Deloitte Services LP. He conducts cross-sector research examining how factors such as inflation, value seeking, and trust influence consumer behavior and industry trends.

As Deloitte’s firm strategic market insights and thought leadership associate director for transportation, hospitality, and services, Maggie Rauch collaborates with firm leadership to design and execute research on the current state and future of the industry. She has a decade of experience as a travel industry subject matter expert and research team leader.
