Dan currently serves as Deloitte’s National Technology Sector Leader for the Audit & Assurance practice. Dan also spent two years as the National Technology Industry Professional Practice Director focusing on addressing complex accounting, internal controls and financial reporting matters. Because of Dan’s diverse experience, he has gained deep knowledge in areas such as revenue recognition, internal controls, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting matters, international compliance, capitalization of software costs, equity/debt offerings, tax accounting, business combinations and dispositions, and goodwill and other long-lived asset impairment testing.
