Joe DeSantis serves as the US national insurance sector leader, overseeing 5,000 professionals in consulting, audit, and tax. He has over 30 years of professional experience in Deloitte’s audit practice, exclusively serving insurance and reinsurance clients.

John is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Insurance practice advising clients in the financial services industry on performance and operations transformation. With more than 10 years at the firm, he currently leads the firm's Customer and Marketing (C&M) capabilities within the insurance sector, driving top of the funnel transformations in advertising, marketing, sales, and servicing effectiveness. John also leads the Go-To-Market for Deloitte's Insurance Salesforce capabilities globally, and drives our broker sub-sector capabilities.

As a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Andrew’s more than 20 years experience includes talent management, organization strategy, change management, human resource transformation, and learning development. Andrew’s consulting engagements include a variety of projects, such as workforce transformation, M&A, process outsourcing/off-shoring, organization restructuring, and corporate culture transformation.

Arun serves as principal, Deloitte US with a focus on building, enhancing, and delivering Deloitte’s technology capabilities to the insurance marketplace. In addition to his global responsibilities, Arun is a leader within our US Deloitte Digital practice and utilizes his 25 years of experience to lead and to deliver technology and strategy consulting services with our clients. His hands-on experience across banking, securities, and insurance, as well as other industries, enable him to provide clients with insights from IT organizations across the maturity spectrum. His recent client work includes the end-to-end digital transformation of a Property & Casualty insurer, post-merger integration of two global Property & Casualty insurers, development of a strategic enterprise architecture roadmap for a global Life & Annuities carrier, and development of an IT strategy for a global Property & Casualty insurer. Arun often speaks at industry and professional organizations and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent. Prior to joining Deloitte, Arun co-founded and ran a successful Internet consulting services firm focused on developing leading-edge digital solutions for public and private sector clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
