Our commitment to the Veteran, Military, Spouse & Allies (VMSA) Community
Our duty to Veterans extends beyond employment or contract delivery. It means honoring their service, enabling their futures, and improving the systems that support them. We do that by hiring Veterans, working with Veteran-owned businesses, and supporting the communities where they live and work.
We help Veterans translate their military experience into thriving careers and offer multiple pathways for long-term growth.
Ready to take the next step toward a civilian career at Deloitte?
Deloitte’s Career Opportunity Redefinition and Exploration (CORE) Leadership program leverages Deloitte’s world-class leadership curriculum to support service members as they transition from active duty to civilian careers through peer coaching and education. Four cohorts each year travel to Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas, for the program, which aims to help transitioning service members gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their career goals, while also building the skills needed for a successful transition to civilian life and employment.
Military service in America comes at great risk. Many brave military personnel come home with injuries, seen and unseen. Deloitte is proud to rank as a top employer for people with disabilities. Disabled Veterans are welcome to seek assistance with their application to Deloitte by clicking here.

Through a collaboration with Hiring Our Heroes, a US Chamber of Commerce Foundation initiative, Deloitte helps active-duty service members transition into civilian careers. A 12-week Deloitte fellowship provides professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce, with the potential opportunity to be hired full-time at Deloitte upon completion.

Deloitte sponsors and volunteers in Veteran-serving initiatives—including adaptive sports, recovery events, and year-round service. This connects professionals with Veterans, their families, and communities across the country.
Transitioning out of the military can be hard. Our Veteran, Military, Spouse & Allies Community creates space for the 5,000+ Veterans, military spouses, and allies who work at Deloitte to connect virtually and in-person on a recurring basis.
The community centers on peer-led mentorship and continuous learning for people with close ties to the military.
Deloitte builds long-term relationships with Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to help deliver mission outcomes across government programs. We collaborate with the US Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) to expand teaming opportunities.
We support small businesses through mentor–protégé and mentorship pathways and capability-building (e.g., compliance, quality, cybersecurity, program management, and technology adoption) so organizations can strengthen delivery readiness and scale.
