• Single contract plug-and-play interface integration: NVH provides a single-entry point for accessing third-party verification partners, simplifying contracting and access. These sources provide reliable verifications to improve accuracy for income, work hours, identity, residency, and more. With NVH, administrators can configure verification sources with tools aimed at reducing costs and improving the likelihood of electronic verification.
• Consolidated data access via API or administrator console: Verification data in NVH is accessible by API and can be used to populate data directly into an organization's worker portal, streamlining processes and enhancing accuracy. Additionally, NVH comes with a human-centered Administrator Console, enabling workers to search for verifications available in the hub and allowing administrators to view reports and configure the hierarchy.
• Customer consent-driven verification of income: NVH empowers customers in the income verification process when they are applying for, renewing, or making changes to their benefits with customer consent-driven verification services. These tools allow a customer to log into their employer account or payroll provider to verify their income. After logging in, details related to an individual’s employer, latest pay stubs, hours worked, and more are sent to NVH and can be used by workers when processing the case.

• Multi-channel employment hour capture: NVH has multiple employment partners, providing organizations with methods of capturing employment verifications as part of the customer’s application or automatically as part of ex parte. NVH handles the gross income provided (inclusive of gig income providers) and derives hours worked using the federal minimum wage. 
• Automated student enrollment verification: NVH allows states to access the local Board of Regents and the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to access details related to ongoing student enrollment. The system converts the response into hours enrolled for easy downstream processing.
• Volunteer hours through community resource coordination platforms: Deloitte collaborates with community resource coordination platforms, providing organizations the ability to retrieve volunteer information, inclusive of hours volunteered from its databases of community-based organizations.
• Electronic exemption handling: NVH supports the automated verification of medical frailty and veterans with total disability verification by accessing data from MMIS encounter and claims processing and VA.gov. 
• Intelligent document processing (IDP) for uploaded verifications: If community engagement hours or exemption verifications are unable to be performed via the interface, NVH can leverage uploaded verification documents to extract details using IDP. IDP is Deloitte’s AI-driven platform for transforming government document processing workflows. Leveraging GenAI (or other compliant models), IDP supports rapid classification, extraction, and analysis of complex documents sent by customers for verification, resulting in greater operational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Proactive and continuous monitoring: NVH uses Deloitte’s PeoplePrism data set, which includes monthly, longitudinal data to proactively identify your organization’s data set for inconsistent information, like mismatches in household composition, state of residency, and other eligibility-impacting indicators. These flags can be configured to nudge customers to provide timely updates or invoke tactical third-party verification data sets, reducing the likelihood of errors.
• Dynamic risk assessment engine: NVH uses machine learning to flag fraudulent activity, including identifying account takeovers, fake SSNs, bot accounts, spam IP addresses, and duplicate cases of benefits at the same address.
