As a Principal at Deloitte, Hardik works within Deloitte's Human Services Transformation practice for Government and Public Services clients. He is currently serving as the National Eligibility & Enrollment Leader.
Hardik has spent his career at the intersection of policy, technology, and human impact — leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple HHS program areas and turning complex challenges into working solutions that serve real communities. Hardik is the architect and driver behind some of Deloitte's most market-defining capabilities, including our NextGen Eligibility Platform and the NextGen360 Verification Hub. He currently leads our Digital Service Delivery Platform — a portfolio that reflects both his technical depth and his conviction that modern government services can and should work better for everyone.
