Women in Cyber Our aim is to promote gender diversity in the cyber security industry by inspiring others, developing our people and building a community. Promoting change The Women in Cyber Programme seeks to change the face of cyber and address the gender imbalance that exists in the industry through awareness and education that cyber is open to all, regardless of gender. The Women in Cyber Programme features a network of female cyber professionals who connect to support each other and share professional experiences. Early career support Cyber as a career, like most STEM professions, is often seen as inaccessible for women and girls. And unlike traditional STEM professions, career pathways and access points are not as well understood. Through the Women in Cyber Programme, our inspirational cyber professionals seek to raise awareness that cyber is an immensely rewarding and fulfilling career choice for girls and that gender is not a barrier to entry. This initiative is designed for women, by women to broaden the recognition of opportunities and careers that exist in the industry. It seeks to attract and retain more women into cyber security and ultimately bring unique perspectives to shape the industry challenges of the future. #WomenInCyber Contact us for more information Meet some of the inspirational women who were recently featured in our “25 Women in Cyber” series in partnership with the Female Quotient: Hannah Parvin Senior Manager, Deloitte UK Meet Hannah > Ivelina Koleva Director, Deloitte UK Meet Ivelina >
