Deloitte acquires cost verification business The Orange Partnership
Deloitte has today announced that it has acquired The Orange Partnership, a Midlands based consultancy specialising in cost verification and cost assurance in the construction sector.
The acquisition brings together Deloitte’s established capital projects advisory capabilities with The Orange Partnership’s extensive experience in validating open book costs in major capital projects. The team will join Deloitte as the firm enhances its ability to support clients in delivering complex capital programmes with even greater confidence, transparency and control.
Since its founding in 2004, The Orange Partnership has been a specialist Chartered Accountancy practice, recognised in the UK for providing independent cost assurance on major open-book contracts, with a combination of accountancy and commercial knowledge. Its services span the full project timescale, from contract set-up and assurance planning to ongoing cost verification throughout construction and at final account.
