Yolaine is an Insurance Partner within the Enteprise Technology & Performance team. She advises insurers on finance transformation and has extensive international experience in the UK, France and Australia.
She brings leadership experience of large-scale, end-to-end finance and operations transformations, enterprise-wide cost reduction, post-merger integrations, regulatory programmes, and climate reporting for leading insurers. She is also a regular speaker on digital finance and ESG transformation.
Yolaine is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and, in her capacity as a Board member of the London Women’s Forum between 2015-2021, she has been actively engaged in connecting female business leaders. Yolaine was also a finalist for the 2018 Women in Finance ‘Finance Leader of the Year’ award.
Yolaine holds an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School and CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Climate and Investing.
She lives in Fulham with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time on the tennis court and running along the river.
