Yolaine is a Financial Services Partner within the Finance Transformation team.
She advises fincancial services organisations on finance transformation and has extensive international experience in the UK, France and Australia.
She brings leadership experience of large-scale, end-to-end finance and operations transformations, enterprise-wide cost reduction, post-merger integrations, regulatory programmes, and climate reporting for leading financial services organisations. She is also a regular speaker on digital finance and ESG transformation.
Yolaine is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and, in her capacity as a Board member of the London Women’s Forum between 2015-2021, she has been actively engaged in connecting female business leaders. Yolaine was also a finalist for the 2018 Women in Finance ‘Finance Leader of the Year’ award.
Yolaine holds an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School and CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Climate and Investing.
She lives in Fulham with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time on the tennis court and running along the river.
