He brings 9+ years of experience in helping organisations to de-risk major events and transformation ‘go-lives’ through building readiness to respond to high-impact risks, ranging from Football World Cups and Olympic Games through to large-scale technology transformation programmes. Will’s focus is typically grounded in helping organisations to design contingency arrangements to respond to disruptive events, and running exercising programmes to validate plans and build confidence ahead of Day 1.
