Vitor is a Director in Treasury Assurance practice with 15 years of experience in financial services industry having qualified as a chartered financial analyst (CFA). Vitor has vast experience in leading large, multi-year, assurance projects, with specific focus on treasury, finance and risk.
Vitor combines his in-depth product knowledge with an excellent understanding of operations, processes and controls of trading businesses and treasuries functions.
Internally, Vitor is also responsible for the Financial Services team that provides SME support the external audit teams with regards to the valuation of financial instruments (excluding level 3 financial instruments) and related accounting (including hedge accounting and macro hedging) under IFRS 9, IAS 39 and IFRS13.
